Physical requirements for the job include lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking for up to 12 hours, and working in variable noise and temperature conditions.

Multiple positions are available across the fulfillment network with location flexibility. Candidates should have at least two years of employee management or Amazon experience and be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays. Preferred qualifications include experience with process improvement, performance metrics, managing teams of 20 or more people, and relevant education or industry experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
