Candidates should have at least two years of employee management or Amazon experience and be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays. Preferred qualifications include experience with process improvement, performance metrics, managing teams of 20 or more people, and relevant education or industry experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
