The job also involves acting as the customer’s voice both internally and externally to influence how logistics is sold and delivered while supporting a fast-paced environment.

Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree and over four years of experience in business development or partnership management. Additionally, at least three years in customer-facing roles engaging executives or technologists is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with large retailers or brands in solving shipping challenges and launching new products. Strong communication skills and the ability to work swiftly in ambiguous situations are emphasized. The salary ranges from $83,100 to $177,800 depending on location.
