The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management and Tech teams to create customer-focused solutions. Responsibilities include designing tailored shipping solutions, analyzing customer feedback, setting program goals, overcoming operational challenges, serving as the voice of the customer internally and externally, and defining future use cases for the business. The position also involves engaging with stakeholders to understand customer pain points and driving adoption through strategic sales tactics.
Candidates are required to have at least five years of experience in business development or related fields, along with a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills. Preferred traits include managing ambiguity and influencing internal teams using customer insights. The salary range is between $133,200 to $220,200 depending on geographic location.
