This individual will lead site acquisition and development efforts as well as manage complex real estate transactions that support the expansion of Amazon’s fulfillment network. The position requires operating at both strategic and tactical levels, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing a high volume of deals including retrofits, spec-to-suit, and build-to-suit projects.
Responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing processes and performance metrics, communicating deal status to business partners, driving initiatives across multiple teams, and fostering a culture of speed, flexibility, and efficiency. Candidates should possess extensive experience in commercial or industrial real estate, transaction management, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement. The base salary for this position ranges from $128,600 to $212,600 depending on location.
