Pace University announced on April 2 that its Communication and Media Studies programs have helped graduates find careers across a range of industries, including fashion, beauty, film, music, business, media, education, and public service.

The university said these programs are designed to prepare students for roles where they can influence audiences and move ideas into action. According to the announcement, the curriculum is rooted in New York City’s environment and combines critical thinking with creativity and digital skills. Students learn to analyze media content, develop narratives, and communicate effectively across different platforms.

The university noted that its alumni have gone on to shape brand strategies, produce content for major organizations, drive public advocacy efforts, support large media outlets, and advance communications within both corporate and nonprofit sectors. “From fashion and beauty to film, music, business, media, education, and public service,” the announcement stated,”our alumni are building careers at organizations that influence audiences.”

The statement also emphasized the practical experiences available through Pace’s program: “Learn more about how Pace’s Communication and Media Studies Department connects students with internships, industry mentors,
and real-world media experience in the heart of New York City.”

Pace University concluded by highlighting the diversity of its graduates’ career paths as evidence of both the breadth of communication fields today and the value of a Pace education.
