Pace University held its Spring 2026 Job and Internship Career Fair on March 12, bringing together hundreds of students and more than 100 employers from various industries. The event took place on the university’s Lower Manhattan campus, where students had the opportunity to meet recruiters, explore career options, and expand their professional networks.

The career fair is one of the signature events organized by Pace University’s Career Services each semester. It aims to connect students with potential employers and provide them with real-world opportunities beyond the classroom. Employers in attendance included major organizations such as EY, KPMG, FUJIFILM, Northwell Health, Americare, BDO USA, ICON International, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), New York Boulders, Office of the New York State Comptroller, and Cisco.

“Career fairs like this give students the chance to move beyond the classroom and engage directly with employers,” said Phyllis Mooney, assistant vice president of Career Services and Employer Relations. “Those conversations can open doors to internships, mentorship, and ultimately full-time careers.”

In recent years, Pace University has reported strong outcomes for its students in terms of internships and employment. In 2025 alone, over 9,000 internships and similar experiences were completed by Pace students. More than 14,000 employers posted over 140,000 jobs and internships through the university’s career platform. The Class of 2024 achieved a 95% employment or continuing education rate within six months of graduation.

Students attending the fair expressed appreciation for the opportunity to interact directly with recruiters. “As a junior who transferred to Pace this spring from West Point, I came to the fair to learn more about the industries and companies here in New York,” said Matthew Adoghe ’27. “It was a great opportunity to get my name out there and connect with organizations I hadn’t originally considered.” Elizabeth Odisote ’26 added: “This is my first career fair, so I’m really excited to see the range of companies here. It’s helpful to talk directly with recruiters and get a better sense of what they’re looking for.”

Pace University continues its focus on preparing students for successful careers as it approaches its 120th anniversary in 2026.
