Pace University has announced the opening of Pop-Up Student Solutions Centers for the start of the Fall 2025 semester. These centers aim to assist students with a range of administrative needs, including financial aid questions and schedule adjustments.

The centers will operate on both the New York City Campus at 161 William Street, 8th Floor, and the Pleasantville Campus at Choate House. Students can visit without an appointment during designated hours: Wednesdays, Fridays, and Mondays from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The centers will be open from Tuesday, September 2, through Monday, September 8.

Teams from Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar’s Office will be available to provide support. According to Pace University, “Whether you’re on the New York City Campus or the Pleasantville Campus, you’ve got dedicated support from teams across Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the Registrar’s Office. No appointments needed—just show up during operating hours and get the answers you need.”

The university emphasizes that these centers are designed to help students resolve logistical matters efficiently so they can focus on their academic goals. As stated by Pace University, “From adjusting your class schedule to understanding your tuition bill, the Pop-Up Student Solutions Centers are here to simplify your start to the semester. Because when things run smoothly, you can spend less time in line—and more time chasing what’s next.”
